INITIATE Introduces a New Online Assessment Tool called Expectations Forum
How happy would you be if every single one of your expectations were met in life? You receive the promotion you want when you want it. Your management team approves your request for project funding. As a result, the manager and employee can discuss and agree on specific actions the employee will take to improve his or her performance.
